1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Pebbles mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Pebbles is a location-based travel documentation app that allows users to:

• Capture and verify photos at famous landmarks worldwide
• Build personal collections of visited landmarks organized by country and location
• Earn achievements based on landmark visits
• Follow other travelers and share experiences through a social feed
• Customize a personal avatar

The App requires location access to verify your physical presence at landmarks and camera access to capture photos.

3. Account Registration

To use Pebbles, you must create an account using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

4. User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos and content you create through the App. By uploading content, you grant Pebi a non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute your content within the App's features (such as the public feed, if you choose to share).

Content Standards

You agree not to upload content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Violates the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Contains explicit or inappropriate material
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading
• Attempts to impersonate another person or entity

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, without prior notice.

5. Location Verification

Pebbles uses your device's location to verify physical presence at landmarks. You agree:

• Not to spoof, fake, or manipulate your location data
• Not to use VPNs, GPS spoofing tools, or other means to falsify your location
• That location verification is provided on an "as-is" basis and may not always be perfectly accurate

Accounts found to be using location manipulation may be suspended or terminated.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the property of Pebi OÜ. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services including:

• Apple Sign In: Subject to Apple's terms and privacy policy
• Google Sign In: Subject to Google's terms and privacy policy
• Cloud Storage: For secure photo storage

We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting [email protected]. Upon deletion, your personal data and photos will be permanently removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Location verification will always be accurate
• Landmark data will be complete or up to date
• The App will meet your specific requirements

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pebi OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from reliance on landmark or location information.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pebi OÜ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.
